GST History

Registration

To register on this platform, here’s what you need to do.
• Go to the official website, which has been stated above.
• Go to the New User Login tab.
• Furnish the GSTIN details.
• Set an appropriate password for yourself.
• On doing the above, you will be asked to furnish some documents; upload what they have asked for.

Documents Required:-

1 PAN Card
2 Aadhaar Card
3 Business registration certificate
4 Incorporation certificate
5 Address proof of Directors
6 Bank Account statement
7 Digital Signature
8 The registration process will then be completed.
• After filling the form, an ARN Number will be allotted to you.
• This number may be used to log into the GST portal to track the registration.
• The applicant is only allowed to view the status of the application.
• After the application is approved, a unique 15 digit code called GSTIN will be allotted which may be used for future logins.
• The password for the above will be sent to the user’s registered email id.
• The user can then change the ID or password as per his or her wish.

Login Process of GST Portal:-

1. Go to the GST website

2. Go to the Login page

3. Enter Username and Password

4. Carefully type the Captcha code in and press Login

5. Next, you will go to a dashboard hosting your GST Credits summary

6. On clicking Services tab, you can see functionalities related to Registration, Ledgers, Returns, Payments and other User Services.

7. On clicking the next tab – Notification & Circulars menu allows you to view Notifications, Circulars, Amendments and Press release.

8. The Acts & Rules menu provides links to access the GST act & rules related to central and your respective state for reference purposes.

9. The Downloads menu allows you to download the GST offline utilities.

10. Finally, the Grievance link, allows you to submit relevant grievances online and also track their status
